Dan + Shay Being Sued

Dan + Shay and Justin Bieber are named in a lawsuit over copyright infringement for their hit song ‘10,000 Hours‘.

The lawsuit alleges there are “unmistakable similarities” in ‘10,000 Hours‘ to a song from 1973 called ‘The First Time Baby Is A Holiday‘.

The lawsuit claims Dan + Shay “stole the core portion” which includes the chorus, verse and hook.
