For the Board’s eastern area which covers from Echo Bay to Spanish, the number of homes sold decreased slightly while the average selling price increased.
The number of homes sold in 2018 was 479 which is .6% less than the year previous.
The average selling price came in at over 143-thousand dollars which represents an increase of 5.3%.
