There was another marked decline in traffic across the International Bridge last month.  The 141,000 crossings represents a close to 18% drop from the year before, given the ongoing construction at the bridge plaza, the increased costs to cross and the dwindling value of the Canadian dollar.   Full fare passenger traffic was down by 21% … commuter traffic was off 17% … and commercial truck traffic down by 9%.  The one bright spot was Cars Pulling Tralers.  At just under 4,000 crossings, it represented a 10% gain.
