SSMPSCity Police made an arrest related to shoplifting at Canadian Tire on Tuesday. According to police, a loss prevention officer at the store saw a male take a tool from the shelf and discard the packaging. The male put the tool in his pocket and left the store without paying. The accused — 21 year old Mika Lindback — faces a charge of theft under 5 thousand dollar when he appears in court on June 15th.

Officers also arrested a 41 year old female on an outstanding domestic violence warrant. The woman turned herself in on Tuesday at the Sault Police station — she faces charges of mischief and three counts of breach of probation.
