SSMPSA busy Saturday for City Police.  Officers were called to the are of Queen Street East and Carmen’s Way about a vehicle in the ditch.  The lone occupant was trying to back out of the ditch, when officers noticed a strong smell of alcohol.  The driver — 23 year old Kenneth Beach of Curran Drive — was arrested for impaired driving and being over the legal limit.  Police made a separate arrest for mischief.  It’s alleged the accused was at a downtown residence when he became involved in an argument with a tenant he was visiting.  That argument resulted in the accused breaking a window of the apartment door.  28 year old Michael Paquin of Cathcart Street faces a charge of mischief.  Both men are scheduled to appear in court April 13th.
