SSMPSOfficers from the Sault Ste. Marie Police Service Investigation Services Section are continuing to work on this investigation.

On the 22nd of July 25-year old Allen Benjamin AGAWA turned himself in. He appeared in bail court this morning.

As a result of the ongoing investigation officers have obtained an arrest warrant for:

33-year old Joseph Germaine Israel ELIE of Sault Ste. Marie.  He is wanted on one count of Attempt to Commit Murder.

No further details are being released at this time.

Officers are continuing to search for 21-year old Joshua Douglas ROESS of no fixed address.  He is wanted for one count of Attempt to Commit Murder and one count of Breach of Probation.

Both ROESS and ELIE should be considered armed and dangerous.  Do not approach them.  If you know their whereabouts contact the Sault Ste. Marie Police Service immediately at either 911 or 705-949-6300.
